Cuando me escribes a través del formulario de contacto, recojo tu nombre, correo electrónico y el mensaje que escribas, con el fin de responder tu consulta. La base legal es el art. 6.1.b o f del RGPD (solicitud precontractual o interés legítimo en la comunicación). Estos datos se procesan a través del servicio de formularios del proveedor de hosting Netlify, Inc. (EE. UU.) y se reenvían a mi correo electrónico. Tus datos se eliminan en cuanto ya no son necesarios para atender tu consulta, salvo que exista una obligación legal de conservación.

When you write to me through the contact form, I collect your name, email address, and the message you enter, in order to respond to your inquiry. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR (pre-contractual inquiry or legitimate interest in communication). This data is processed through the form service of the hosting provider Netlify, Inc. (USA) and forwarded to my email address. Your data is deleted once it is no longer needed to handle your inquiry, unless a legal retention obligation applies.
